6. Fundraising and Donations

If you enable fundraising on your journey:

• You are responsible for using funds as described
• Rallynex may charge a platform fee (clearly disclosed)
• We reserve the right to investigate and suspend fraudulent campaigns

7. Intellectual Property

Rallynex and its content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy or use our branding without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Rallynex integrates with third-party services (TikTok, Instagram, PayPal). We are not responsible for their practices or content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rallynex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rallynex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rallynex constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
