Welcome to Rallynex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rallynex website and services (the "Platform"). Our Platform enables users to start causes, share progress through updates, and receive ongoing support. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service
Rallynex provides a platform where users ("Cause Creators") can create initiatives ("Causes") for projects or goals and post updates about their progress ("Activities"). A Cause may seek various forms of ongoing support from other users ("Supporters"), which can include financial contributions ("Donations," "Pledges"), the sale of related goods ("Campaign Products"), or non-financial backing such as community engagement, awareness, and solidarity.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for your Cause.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others and only post content you have the right to share.
- Not interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
- Be solely responsible for fulfilling any promises or rewards offered to Supporters.
4. Cause Creator Obligations
If you start a Cause, you are responsible for:
- Clearly stating the goal, purpose, and nature (financial, awareness, community-building, etc.) of your Cause.
- Using any funds raised solely for the stated purpose of the Cause.
- Posting honest and regular updates about your progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding fundraising, taxes (if applicable), and consumer protection.
5. Financial Transactions & Fees
For Causes that involve financial transactions, Rallynex may facilitate payments through third-party processors. You agree to their terms. We may charge platform fees for certain services, which will be disclosed at the point of transaction. All donations are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rallynex Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Rallynex a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform's operation.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Rallynex is a venue. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the success of any Cause or the accuracy of any content posted by users. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallynex shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
